Chimay Dorée Can 33cl is a beer that's difficult to define, impossible to fit into a single codified style. Simplifying, based on its aromas it could be described as a cross between a Blanche and a Blonde: the two fresher, lighter styles typical of Belgian production, in short. On the palate it is a succession of spicy and floral layers, with a subtle citrus note between lemon and orange in the background. A beer of great elegance, with a structure very far from the more sumptuous red, green and blue labels.
