Gina is a very special beer, produced by the Filodilana brewery in Avigliana, in the province of Turin. The idea was to produce something that was truly halfway between a quality craft beer and a good character gin and tonic. To achieve this, a mix of botanicals is used both at the end of the boiling process, and in the form of an infusion added during fermentation: juniper berries, bergamot and orange peels, angelica, coriander, gentian, cinchona, and star anise.
