Description
High fermentation beer, refermented and refined in keg and can. Golden in color, with good clarity, and a white, compact, and persistent foam. The aroma is a mix of cereals, honey, and resinous and fruity notes provided by the hopping. On the palate, the elements already found in the olfactory part return: cereals, bread crust, a touch of honey, and the fruity component of the mix of "classic and modern" hops used in the kettle and dry hopping. The bitterness is medium, the body is between medium and light, while the carbonation is deliberately low to emphasize the mouthfeel and maintain style consistency. The fruity notes of Miss White, in combination with the cereal and honey part, pair excellently with slightly spiced roast chicken or medium-aged blue cheeses.
