Those who know us are aware that at Maltese, we are big fans of this Barcelona-based producer, who never ceases to amaze with their Sour beers. This time, Cyclic Beer Farm strikes with a cross between beer and wine that we cannot define as IGA, but it absolutely deserves to be tasted. It is a beer born as a Farmhouse in full Cyclic style, which then undergoes a process on the skins of Moscatell grapes from the cellar of one of the most famous natural winemakers in Catalonia: Oriol Artigas. In the glass, the key descriptor becomes "vinous," from the color to the aromas, to the savoriness and acidity: but the alcohol content stopping at 6% means that one bottle is not enough.
