Moscatell dels Bardissots. Those who know us know that in Maltese we are big fans of this Barcelona producer, who never ceases to amaze with their Sour beers. This time, Cyclic Beer Farm strikes with a cross between beer and wine that we can't define as IGA, but is absolutely worth tasting. It is a beer that was born as Farmhouse in full Cyclic style, which then passes on the skins of Moscatell grapes coming from the cellar of one of the most famous Catalan natural winemakers: Oriol Artigas. In the glass, the key descriptor becomes "wine-like", from color, to aromas, to savoriness and acidity: but the alcohol content stopping at 6% means that one bottle is not enough.
