Pan de Toni. From the collaboration and friendship between the pastry shop Pavé in Milan and the Brewery WAR, a beer inspired by the Belgian "Quadrupel" has been born: strong beers, with a high alcohol content, for meditation, with unmistakable warm aromas that recall spices, caramel, and chestnut honey. As usual, the guys at WAR have put their own spin on it and had fun adding the typical ingredients of the classic Milanese panettone: vanilla, raisins, candied orange, and citron. As they say in Cassina de' Pecchi: to pair with a panettone, to pair with a hug, to pair with a greeting, like “if we don’t see each other again then best wishes.”
