The glass bottle has always been the preferred packaging for the beers we like to call wild, but Ca' del Brado has recently launched a series of mixed fermentation beers in cans, and in our opinion, Sip Sip is one of the most interesting. A beer that is a crossover between different styles, because the wild profile of unconventional fermentation and aging meets a strong hopping of Simcoe and Amarillo. Not surprisingly defined as Wild IPA.
