An important maturation on the lees of 90 moons (approximately 90 months). I am very fond of this name: “Moliner” was the nickname of my family of millers. In this wine, the acidic tension is extraordinarily balanced with other sensations: creaminess, minerality, and oxidation. As in all my wines, no sulfites are added.
