Cerasuolo di Vittoria comes from the Stidda vineyard, located in Chiaramonte Gulfi, at an altitude of 420 meters above sea level. The clayey-limestone soil and the temperate Mediterranean climate contribute to giving the wine unique characteristics. The non-irrigated vineyard produces a limited yield of no more than 50 quintals per hectare. This wine stands out for its intense color which allows exploration of every shade in the glass. On the nose, one can perceive notes of earth and raspberries, while on the palate, there is a enveloping taste of dark chocolate. With an alcohol content of 13%, Cerasuolo di Vittoria is recommended to be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
