
Etna Bianco Nerina. The wine is capable of expressing and enhancing all the characteristics of the terroir from which it comes, enriching itself with precious tertiary tones thanks to aging. The Nerina, White of Etna produced by the Girolamo Russo winery, ferments in wooden barrels, where it later matures on the lees for six months. This is followed by a further six months of aging in bottle, which gives depth, balance, and expressive harmony. On the nose it is beautiful and complex, with aromatic intensity and finesse. On the palate, it reveals itself to be captivating, characterized by a continuous alternation of softness and mineral freshness, typical of the volcanic soils of Etna.
