Quater Vitis rosso Firriato Quater Vitis Rosso encapsulates the wine essence of Sicily in a glass and is a blend of Nero d'Avola, Perricone, and Frappato grapes cultivated in the Pianoro Cuddìa estate, while the Nerello Cappuccio is grown in the Cavanera Estate at about 680 meters above sea level on Mount Etna. It originates from four different harvests and as many separate vinifications to enhance the peculiarities of each individual variety. The aging of each wine takes place in American and French oak barrels for a maximum period of 10 months. The different types of wood impart boisée notes. The best cuvées obtained are blended to create this wine that harmoniously enhances the red fruit aromas of Nero d'Avola, the freshness of Frappato, the spicy notes of Nerello Cappuccio, and the elegance of Perricone.
