Giardiniera: a great classic of appetizers The Giardiniera L'Agrodolce Barricata is a classic of Italian gastronomic tradition. A tasty preparation of vegetables cooked in vinegar and preserved in oil. The peculiarity of this giardiniera is the strong and vinegary but not pungent flavor given by the lugana vinegar, aged in barrels and made more pleasant by preservation in oil. The quality of the preservation oil is fundamental for a good giardiniera The preservation oil is a mix of high oleic sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil from Garda, which keeps the fragrance of the vegetables longer. This giardiniera is composed of 9 different types of vegetables, specially selected for us by the Brescian agricultural company Agriter of Offlaga and processed in our kitchens on the same day.
