Description
The organic dry Shiitake mushroom, certified by Suolo&Salute, from Natural Funghi is cultivated with daily monitoring of growth parameters. Additionally, it has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. I recommend soaking it first in warm water for at least 30 minutes, then squeezing it and adding it to your cooking. The soaking water can be reused as broth for cooking. Excellent in soups and risottos. After twelve months of cultivation, using a completely natural method, it is dried and packaged to preserve all its freshness. Available in recyclable plastic bags of 40g and 200g.
