A delicious Mexican dish made with chicken, slowly cooked with aromatic spices and citrus juice.
Using a blender, grind all the spices with the salt and garlic into a powder. Add the orange and lime juice and continue blending.
Cut the chicken into pieces, place it in a large bowl, and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Collect the chicken and its marinade, place it in the Multicooker, and cook on slow cook mode for 35-40 minutes.
Alternatively, place it in a covered ovenproof casserole at 180°C for about an hour and a half, adding a cup of water to the chicken before putting it in the oven. Check halfway through cooking to see if more water is needed.
In the refrigerator, up to 3 days
Serve with homemade tortillas.
