A Thai salad made with papaya, fresh and flavorful, with an Italian touch.
Divide the papaya in half, remove the seeds, rinse it, and after patting it dry, cut it into cubes.
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips.
Slice the apple thinly.
Steam the green beans, keeping them quite crunchy, and do the same with the prawns.
In a mortar or with a blender, chop some green beans, garlic, chili pepper (you can also add some prawns), then add the lime juice and oyster sauce.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, adjust the salt, and enjoy.
