Upside-down onion puff pastries with balsamic glaze, a tasty and simple appetizer to prepare.
Overlap the two sheets of puff pastry and cut them into the desired shape.
Slice the onions, place them in water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat them dry.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and create stations with oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and a few onion rings.
Cover each station with a rectangle of puff pastry, press the edges well, and press the center to adhere the onion.
Repeat the process for all the puff pastries and bake at 180°C with fan for about 20 minutes, until they turn golden.
Remove from the oven, flip them over, decorate with chives, and serve.
