Cous cous croquettes made with corn and rice with olives and tuna, a simple, quick, and economical appetizer, cheese-free and lactose-free. Easy to prepare and ideal as finger food or finger snacks for any occasion.
Wash the cous cous and cook it according to the instructions on the package.
Allow the cooked cous cous to cool down.
In a bowl, combine the cooled cous cous, drained tuna, pitted olives cut (if desired), egg, breadcrumbs, and oregano; mix well until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Form the croquettes by hand, compacting them well.
Place the croquettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
