Pan-fried zucchini with cooked ham, extra virgin olive oil, and basil: a simple and quick dish to cook in just a few minutes, without butter and cheese! A way to get even the little ones to eat vegetables!
Wash the zucchini, trim them, and slice them.
Blanch them for a few minutes.
Cut the ham into cubes and start cooking it in a pan with the basil and oil.
After 5 - 6 minutes, add the zucchini and broth.
Continue cooking on high heat.
Serve with plenty of pepper (optional).
