  • Legume pasta or organic pasta of preferred type and shape250g
  • Mackerel fillets in oil150g
  • Black olive pâté1jar
  • Oreganoto taste

Preparation

    Drain the mackerel fillets well and shred them with a fork.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Drain the pasta al dente.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Mix the pasta with the olive pâté in a pan.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    With the heat off, add the mackerel fillets and mix well.

    Serve with a sprinkle of oregano.
