- Legume pasta or organic pasta of preferred type and shape
250g250g - Mackerel fillets in oil
150g150g - Black olive pâté
1jar1jar - Oreganoto taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Drain the mackerel fillets well and shred them with a fork.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Drain the pasta al dente.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Mix the pasta with the olive pâté in a pan.
- STEP 5 OF 6
With the heat off, add the mackerel fillets and mix well.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Serve with a sprinkle of oregano.
