Preparation

    Wash the rice and cook it following the instructions on the package.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Separately, boil the green peas until tender.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and sauté the cleaned, sliced squid together with the garlic clove.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    When all the ingredients are ready, combine them in a bowl or in the pan and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and a sprinkle of pepper.

    Serve hot or allow to cool: the dish is also excellent cold, ideal for trips or office lunches.
