In a non-stick pan, heat the oil and sauté the cleaned, sliced squid together with the garlic clove.
When all the ingredients are ready, combine them in a bowl or in the pan and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and a sprinkle of pepper.
Serve hot or allow to cool: the dish is also excellent cold, ideal for trips or office lunches.
