Preparation

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions.

    Meanwhile, open the jar of ready-made Bolognese ragù sauce.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Once the pasta is drained, pour it directly into the pan with the ragù.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Add a ladle of the pasta cooking water: this little trick makes the sauce creamier and more enveloping.

    Mix the spaghetti well until the seasoning is evenly combined.

    Plate and finish with a generous grating of cheese, a nice drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil, and a few basil leaves.
