A simple and accessible recipe made with only 3 ingredients: red double malt beer, granulated sugar, and sheet gelatin. Thick and delicious, perfect to pair with sweet and savory preparations.
Soak the sheet gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes.
Heat the red double malt beer in a saucepan without bringing it to a boil.
Add the granulated sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the well-drained gelatin, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a mold or small containers and let it cool at room temperature.
Transfer to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
