Mozzarella skewers are a quick, cheerful, and colorful appetizer, perfect to serve cold during the summer season. Cut the mozzarella into cubes similar in size to the cherry tomatoes.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them well.
Thread on each skewer a cube of mozzarella, a cherry tomato, and a basil leaf, alternating them.
Arrange the skewers on a serving plate.
Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, and pepper to taste.
