Quick recipe for bread/focaccia that does not require long rising time, suggested as a pairing with artisanal salami. Prepared in about 5 minutes of mixing and a few minutes of cooking, using simple ingredients.
In a bowl, combine the flour with the instant yeast for savory dishes and the salt.
Add the water and extra virgin olive oil and mix quickly until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Shape into a loaf or small focaccia and place them on a lightly oiled baking tray or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 8-12 minutes or until the surface is golden and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving with artisanal salami or other cured meats.
