
A vegan chia pudding, gluten-free and with anti-inflammatory properties, flavored with aronia and blueberry juice and a touch of Marmel-light with berries.
In a bowl or jar pour 250 mL of coconut milk or almond milk.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of chia seeds (about 2 g), the aronia juice and mix well to avoid lumps.
Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours (or overnight) until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the consistency is gel-like.
Before serving, briefly stir the pudding to homogenize the consistency.
Top with 1 teaspoon of Marmel-light with berries on top and serve.
