Put 25 g of neutral whey protein in a blender.
Add liquid of choice (water, milk or plant-based drink) about 200 ml depending on the desired consistency.
Choose the desired variant and add the indicated ingredients
Blend until the desired consistency is achieved.
Taste and, if necessary, adjust sweetness. Serve immediately.
