
Protein-rich and filling porridge flavored like Bounty, egg-free and with a gluten-free option. Creamy and quick to prepare, with peanut butter and a yogurt and coconut topping.


In a saucepan, place the chocolate oat flakes, the plant-based milk, and a pinch of salt.
Cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes creamy.
Turn off the heat and add the peanut butter, stirring until incorporated.
Prepare the topping by mixing lactose-free/soy yogurt with grated coconut.
Serve the hot porridge with the topping as desired.
