

A gin of great quality subjected to a patient aging process and obtained from a selection of excellent raw materials. Barley cultivated in the Collesi estates, pure water from Monte Nerone, and as many as seven botanicals: juniper berries typical of the Apennines, Marchigiana sour cherries with sweet and juicy flesh, wild rose, and peels of Italian orange and lemon. The ingredients, artfully balanced with each other, are allowed to infuse in a high-proof grain alcohol base. The infusion, diluted with pure water from Monte Nerone, is then chilled to -15° for at least 30 hours, filtered, and aged in barrique for a year.
