Distilled with fine botanicals and the unmistakable skill of Collesi, Gin Street Art is an explosion of aromas and personality. Dry, elegant, and decisive, it interprets the classic Dry Gin with a contemporary style, like a graffiti on a city wall: direct, impactful, unforgettable. The bottle is screen printed with an original work signed by a street artist: the Gin becomes a canvas, the city becomes spirit. Collesi Dry Gin is based on an ancient recipe created by Giuseppe Collesi and is made with the best Italian ingredients. The raw materials are expertly distilled in a water bath using a discontinuous steam method, where the head and tail are removed to isolate the heart rich in those aromas that clearly identify the botanicals used. After the distillation phase, the gin is left to rest for at least 6 months in steel silos, after which it is brought to the desired degree with pure water from Monte Nerone, refrigerated at -8° C for at least 36 hours in order to eliminate all essential oils from the distillation process and give a clean character to the distillate. It is then filtered 5 times and finally bottled.
