The high quality of the product is guaranteed by the fact that they contain only three natural and organic ingredients - tomatoes, water and salt - and by the processing method. Strictly hand-picked, the tomatoes are blanched for a short time, so as to maintain their consistency, peeled by hand and preserved naturally in water and salt - to release all the aroma and flavour of freshly picked tomatoes - before being subsequently placed in glass jars. Pairings: ideal for preparing meat alla pizzaiola, stewed calamari, pappa al pomodoro and eggs with tomato sauce. Harvest period: July/August. Storage: store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
