Acsé was born from the desire to create an Italian alternative to the classic and inimitable Landbier and German Keller. Podere La Berta calls it rustic Lager and it is straw yellow in color, slightly opalescent, with a beautiful white foam. The aroma reveals the homegrown malt, along with spelt and rye, with well-balanced notes of whole grain bread and the citrus touch from the Perle and Columbus hops. The rye also adds a slight spiciness, which gives an extra boost to an easy and smooth drink, thanks to the low alcohol content.
