

Babà alla birra Kagua Blanc Imperial Blanche. An innovative product strongly characterized by the added beer: Kagua Blanc Imperial Blanche which is citrusy. It has a very fresh and fruity aroma, thanks to the dominant scent of yuzu, while at the same time showcasing the malt, particularly the wheat, and a nice spiciness derived from sanshō, the Japanese pepper closely related to Sichuan pepper. The result is a spoonable dessert, in a vacuum jar, with a strong and alcoholic character, prepared artisanally by baking the fermented dough (containing beer) in a vacuum container, soaked and infused with craft beer, and then baked again to ensure vacuum preservation. The premium 300gr Weck jar is designed for consumption by two people to be eaten with a spoon or sliced out of the jar and can be reused for other purposes, such as preserves for example, once the babà is consumed.
