The Gene project, after many super hoppy creations, brings Zero.5 Brewing to explore the world of Czech low fermentation tradition. This time, moreover, the producer from Monterotondo (RM) has chosen to be assisted by another Italian brewery already known for its well-crafted Lagers, especially on the German side: the Birrificio BiRen. From this collaboration comes, therefore, Gene - Arsenico: a beer that follows the most consumed style in the Czech Republic, that of Světlé Výčepní pivo, or Bohemian Pils with a low alcohol content (only 4.1% ABV).
