The Gene project, after many super-hoppy creations, leads Zero.5 Brewing to explore the world of traditional Czech low fermentation. This time, the producer from Monterotondo (RM) chose to collaborate with another Italian brewery already known for its well-crafted Lagers, especially on the German side: the Birrificio BiRen. From this collaboration arises Gene - Arsenic: a beer that takes up the most consumed style in the Czech Republic, that of Světlé Výčepní pivo, or Bohemian Pils with a low alcohol content (only 4.1% ABV).
