Les Québecoises is a beer that is difficult to define in style and, for this reason, we at Maltese like it a lot. It is a beer produced with a good amount of wheat, but it does not have the straw yellow nor the typical spicy hints of a Bière Blanche (or Witbier). Despite this, Brasserie Thiriez has hit the mark once again, with a golden beer that has no edges and teases the palate with every sip.
