Moisson Dorée. The style Bière de Garde, the only one recognized as of French origin, is not very well known in Italy. And this beer comes to confuse us even more! It is, in fact, an atypical Bière de Garde in color (golden instead of amber), produced with only French artisan malts, 90% barley and 10% wheat. Fermented with the typical blend of yeasts of the brewery (Lager, Kveik, Saison) and aged for a long time in the cold. The result is a truly balanced and enjoyable beer.
