Brewed with only Extra Pale malt and fermented with Vermont yeast, which gives it medium dryness and a fruity character. Pale yellow color; on the nose floral aromas of mimosa and citrus notes of grapefruit. On the palate, Citra and Cascade hops burst with tropical fruit, flowers, and citrus — never excessive bitterness, lean body, absolute drinkability. Ideal in spring and summer, it pairs well with fried fish, mixed cold cuts, Milanese cutlet, and citrus chicken stew.
