Saison D'Erpe-Mère: with a slightly cloudy golden color, it has a compact, abundant, creamy and very persistent foam. On the nose it is dry and sparkling, rich in hoppy and floral notes, with a pervasive spiciness highlighted by a note of pepper. Followed by scents of orange (peel and pulp), unripe banana, cereals, yeast and a pleasant slightly earthy "rustic" note. Very pleasant also in the mouth; the taste is mainly citrus and fruity (especially orange pulp but also peach) with a nice overall balance given by bitter notes of grapefruit and lemon peel. The slight acidity makes it very refreshing and the lively carbonation enhances its "peppery" character even on the palate; it closes with a nice dry finish and a fairly long aftertaste, bitter, characterized by herbal notes and citrus peel.
