Dany Prignon, the master brewer who conceived this and many other wonderful beers, is known in our craft beer world as an eccentric and over-the-top character, but often brilliant and unique. We believe that Saison is one of the beers from Brasserie Fantome that most reflects his way of being. Why? It is a very classic Belgian style and a name that leaves no room for interpretation, but despite this, Dany breaks the rules of the game: there aren't many Saisons that reach 8% alcohol, offering unexpected notes like a good hazelnut flavor, yet never straying from the rustic, fresh, spicy, and dry identity that distinguishes the style.
