Susi Italian Pilsner is the Italian Pils brewed by Renton (Fano, Marche): born from a careful search for balance between malts and hops, it impresses from the first to the last sip. It has an alcohol content of 5.2% vol and 20 IBU, and is available in a 33cl can. It is recommended to serve it in a pilsner glass or mug between 4 and 6°C. Dry and bitter as tradition demands, but with fresh and elegant aromas that make it anything but mundane. The cleanliness and smoothness typical of a good bottom fermentation complete the picture: herbal, spicy, fresh, with a clean bitterness that never tires. It pairs well with cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, mixed fried foods, white pizzas, cheese focaccia, and summer salads.
