Vineyard Our IGA returns this year, seizing the moment of the harvest to transform 500 liters of the best must from Barbera grapes from Piemonte into a rosy and sparkling beer with strong and complex fruity tones, bringing hints of gooseberry and berries along with peach derived from the work of the yeasts. Its light acidity brought by the large use of malted wheat enhances the dry character of this beer, for which we have reserved a special treatment: some bottles of Vineyard have been taken to Franciacorta to be sparkling using the Classic Method, thus bringing the profile of this beer closer to that of a prosecco, making it excellently suited for aging.
