
The buffalo stracciata is made of 50% buffalo mozzarella (shredded, cut) and 50% cow cream, salt and rennet. The cream is UHT, that is pasteurized at 140° (it is not produced by us but is of high quality). Very similar to burrata. It is available pre-packaged in jars of 1 kg. ADVANTAGES Ready to use product. The product is very versatile. It can be eaten by the spoonful or used for a thousand uses in the kitchen. It fits perfectly with first courses, second courses and is ideal for filling tasty bruschetta. STORAGE It should be stored in the fridge at a recommended temperature of about 4°C, the ideal temperature to enjoy it at its best. It can be consumed up to 4 days from the production date (the expiration date is indicated on each package). Once opened, it is recommended to consume the product within 2 days. Milk origin: Italy.
