Buffalo ricotta in cloth is made with pasteurized buffalo whey, pasteurized buffalo cream, produced by us, in our dairy, with our own buffalo milk and salt. To preserve its aroma and extend its shelf life, it is available in a 1kg jar. It should be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C for up to 5 days from the packaging date. It is best enjoyed when consumed at a temperature of about 4°C. It is a ready-to-use product. Given its creamy texture, it is suitable for both sweet and savory recipes.
