
The Costanzo Butter is a fresh cheese made with buffalo milk whey and cow milk whey. For the production of our butter, we use an artisanal process of ancient processing, employing the centrifugation of whey, using a cream separator, for the production of cream, which is then subject to slow maturation in our cells. Sizes of 100 g, 200 g, and 500 g are always available. Fat content 82%. It is kept in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C. Milk origin: Italy.
