The blend is completed by the Verdello cultivar, native to the same geographical area and famous for its unmistakable aroma. CHARACTERISTICS It is characterized by a good density and the typical green-gold color; the olfactory descriptors lead to an olive fruitiness with hints of artichoke, wind grass, and tomato, making it unique in its kind and very pleasant on the palate, where it delivers a medium bitter/spicy taste indicative of a high presence of polyphenols.
