PROCEDURE IF YOU CHOOSE THE RICOTTA FILLING Open the Sicilybox cannoli kit and lay the ciokocereali shells on a surface. Open the polystyrene container containing the piping bag, remove it and cut the tip with scissors to facilitate the exit of the ricotta. Take a shell, apply slight pressure on the piping bag, and with small rotating movements, fill the shell first from one side and then from the other.
