
The Egg Durum Wheat Tagliatelle by Pasta Santoni are a variety of long pasta crafted by hand with 100% Marchigian ingredients, natural and non-GMO. The pasta is manually drawn as per tradition. The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is completely different from others, in color, flavor, and aroma. The Tagliatelle are processed using the Santoni method: bronze-extruded and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the Tagliatelle a roughness and porosity that allows them to better hold sauces.
