
The egg durum wheat tagliolini from Pasta Santoni are a variety of long pasta made artisanally with 100% Marche region raw materials, natural and non-GMO. The pasta is hand extruded as per tradition. The use of genuine ingredients produced in-house allows for the transformation of semolina and always fresh eggs into a pasta that is completely different from others, in color, flavor, and aroma. The tagliolini are processed using the Santoni method: bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, in order to preserve the organoleptic properties of the wheat and give the tagliolini roughness and porosity so they can better hold sauces.
