Lazzaris Vicenza-style mustard is the classic mustard with the aroma of candied fruit pieces. It has a fragrant taste, sometimes spicy but not excessively so. The Venetian mustard has a grainy and sugary texture where clementines, apricots, yellow cherries, white pears, and candied figs alternate. Tasting it brings to mind the scents of the seasons. It is made with a minimum of 36% pure quince pulp, free of colorants and preservatives.
