The flour mix for Roman pinsa by Mulino Calogiuri is designed to achieve good leavening, thanks to the presence of strong type 1 flour. You will also notice a pleasant rustic flavor, imparted by the semi-wholemeal soy and rice flours included. The flour for Roman Pinsa also has excellent nutritional characteristics, as it contains a high percentage of dietary and soluble fiber, important for nutrition. To best preserve the organoleptic and nutritional properties of this flour, I recommend storing it in the fridge throughout its consumption period. Available in vacuum-sealed bags of 500g or 5kg in recyclable plastic. INGREDIENTS: type 1 soft wheat flour, rice flour, soy flour. Contains gluten.
