
Place banana, egg white, oatmeal flour, baking powder and powder/agave syrup in a blender or mixer.
Blend for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Heat a non-stick pan.
Pour the mixture little by little into the pan forming round discs.
Flip the pancakes as soon as bubbles form on the surface.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Decorate as desired with blueberries or other fruits and with Classic Swee-thy peanut butter.
