A delicious tiramisu, rich in protein and low in fat, perfect for a sweet break without guilt!
First, prepare the cream by mixing the egg substitute ALTRO EGGS MIX with a splash of water. Then add the Greek yogurt and sugar or sweetener.
Alternate layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers with the cream in a glass. Finally, decorate the top of the tiramisu with a generous dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Let the tiramisu rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours and then enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days
Serve cold. It can be paired with an espresso or a light tea.
